Ueno’s Department of Recently Launched Projects is pleased to announce that the U.S. arm of global accounting giant Baker Tilly recently launched a brand new website designed and developed by us.
The site contains thousands of pages, with information about a huge array of service offerings and other types of content, and is designed for visitors from a wide range of industries.
“A big part of our work was the deliberate process of untangling a knot of pages, subpages, microsites, and campaign pages that had become extremely unwieldy, and organizing it into a single, scalable platform that could be easily administered,” said David Navarro, Executive Creative Director of Ueno NY, as he changed from one yoga pose to another.
Ueno’s developers handled all aspects of the technical setup, including connecting the platform with third-party services like Salesforce and Eloqua, and various legacy backend systems. “Everything is modular so our friends at Baker Tilly can replace or upgrade each system without having to rebuild the entire site from scratch,” said Birkir Guðjónsson, Technical Director at Ueno in Reykjavík.
The project was in the capable hands of our teams in New York and Reykjavík, with Ueno responsible for information architecture, brand identity, web design and web development of the whole thing.
More than 3,300 people work at Baker Tilly in the U.S., and the company’s global revenues in 2019 were $3.6bn.
